San José, May 27, 2024. Bamboo and Adán&Eva, two Florida Ice and Farm Company (FIFCO) Flavored Alcoholic Beverages (FABs) brands, received 12 awards at the prestigious San Francisco Ready-To-Drink Competition (SFRTDC), an international competition for Flavored Alcoholic Beverages (FABs).
Two of FIFCO’s brands earned double gold, gold and silver awards in 2024 in the competition that included more than 5,500 beverages from around the world.
The San Francisco Ready-To-Drink Competition is a prestigious competition that evaluates and awards ready-to-drink (RTD) beverages in various categories, bringing together producers from around the world. The competition focuses on the quality, taste, appearance, aroma, innovation and packaging design of the beverages.
Maria Pía Robles, FIFCO’s Director of Corporate Relations, said: “These awards reward our firm commitment as a company to bring quality products that respond to our customers’ needs, always aligned with our sustainability goals related to maintaining a portfolio with increasingly lower alcohol and sugar content.
How were the beverages judged? A panel of expert judges, comprised of sommeliers, mixologists and other industry professionals, conducted a blind evaluation to ensure impartiality. The drinks with the highest scores receive gold, silver and bronze medals, giving recognition and credibility to the winners and guiding consumers in an ever-evolving marketplace.
